Do I need to create an account to shop from you?

You can check out as guest, without creating account. However, when you create account, you will receive 100 welcome points towards your “Rewards” account.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

A VAT invoice is included with all orders as standard. If for any reason you cannot locate the VAT invoice, or if you’d like a copy invoice, please contact us and we will email one for you.

When will my order be posted?

If you order before 1PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted the same day. If you order after 1PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on the next working day. Payment for your order must be cleared before 1PM otherwise your order will not be posted.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order.  All shipping costs are calculated using a UK Postal Service shipping module. Check our delivery information section for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to email our Customer Service department at sales@qualitybeautystore.com. Please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:

  1. Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned goods that are marked or otherwise damaged.
  2. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
  3. Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by tracked mail. Returns must be sent to:

I have received incorrect or defective Item?

If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact sales@qualitybeautystore.com. We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, QBS cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools.

What is eyelash extenion?

Eyelash extensions is one of the most popular beauty trends all over the world. This is a treatment which gives length, fullness to natural eyelashes to your desired look.

Does Eyelash Extension damage natural lashes?

Not at all, our eyelash extensions are applied on your own natural eyelashes one by one without touching the skin. They will fall off when your natural lashes are ready to fall. As long as you dont pull them, follow your technician advice, they are safe to wear!

What should I do if I experience eye irritation?

Remove the lashes immediately and the irritation should stop. Flush the eye with water if necessary.

What is the difference between SILK, FAUX MINK, REAL MINK & SYNTHETIC lashes?

When it comes to Silk, Faux Mink (usually just referred to as mink) and Synthetic lashes they’re all just different names for the same thing. These lashes are all man made, using synthetic fibres.

While the materials are the same, the quality and finish of these lashes can vary. Some may have a glossy sheen to them, while others may have a more matte finish. The glossier lashes will often be branded as ‘silks’ while lashes with a matte finish tend to be branded as ‘minks’. There’s currently a lot of inconsistency in the industry however, so this isn’t always the case. All that really matters is that you like the look and feel of the lashes you choose. Here at Quality Beauty Store we brand our range as ‘silks’ due to the finish being on the glossier side.
